Vietnam Impressive specializes in Vietnam as well as other asian countries and we are special company as we  donot sell cheap and bad quality products. We take personally care to choose the most luxurious transportation, interview guides, select hotels and restaurants to make sure all is in accordance to our commitment of standard.

We also sell hotels within Vietnam. Most of them are carefully selected and you donot need to worry on possible inconvenience – just leave your luggage and we will know how to handle it smoothly.

We also provide hotel and fast visa services and sell train and flight tickets as part of tourism products so you can be flexible to choose what is suitable. You can buy package tour but it does not mean you could not buy only one single visa or ticket.

Vietnam Impressive Management
Co-founders Mike Tran, Managing Director and Jimmy Vu, Product Manager brought Vietnam Impressive to life in June 2007. Since then, the company has grown fast with the management team of young dynamic and innovation experienced professionals in the industry.

Myriam Grest
Honorable Advisor, Owner and Managing Director of Travel With Us to Asia Ltd

Co-founder Mike Tran met Myriam Grest in September 2006 in an inspection trip to Vietnam prior to up coming Spanish groups to Vietnam to root the idea of life of Vietnam Impressive. Myriam Grest currently is strategic supervisor and website volunteer editor. She takes full responsibility for the marketing of the company in Asia. Born in Basel, Switzerland and moved to Yangoon, Myanmar to live and set up Myanmar Travel in 1991 with a huge success of the top favourite tour operator in Burma. Since then, Myanmar Travel Ltd is expanding into Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, Thailand and North Korea with the headquarter in Bangkok called Travel With Us to Asia Ltd. Myriam Grest is kind of person who is never wrong - 'Swiss Miss' is her.

Mike Tran Co-founder, Managing Director, Vietnam Impressive Travel Ltd

Mike Tran is Vietnam Impressive's founding CEO responsible for growing the company in a stable fast moving forward. Mike has a special passion in traveling and strong point of view in profession. He travels everywhere and to places new to him without hesitance how difficulty the level. While at Diethelm Travel Vietnam from 1999 to 2005 and later at Aurora Vietnam for the period of two years, Mike met Jimmy, and together they developed and ran Vietnam Impressive which began in operation in 2007. In 1997, he received BA in English at Hanoi University of Foreign Studies and in 1999, he gained BA in accoutings at Hanoi National University of Economics where again, he assumes to have a MBA but he refused to study to concentrate on the Vietnam Impressive Ltd.

Tommy Phung
Director of Sales and Marketing, Russian and Eastern Europe, Vietnam Impressive Ltd

Tom oversees all of Vietnam Impressive's sales and marketing for Russian and eastern Europe region. Excellent Russian language skills, having many years of studying its culture and literature, 10 year experience as a tour leader and have had travel pins throughout Indochina and Russia. Tom appreciates the ideas of discovery and business. He bears always in his mind the slogan of running tourism industry: 'Never step on other's footprint'. Tom holds a BA of Russian and English languages from Vietnam National University of Foreign Language Studies. He also have certificate in intensive training course of psychology and professional tour guide licence by Vietnam Ministry of Culture, Sport and Tourism.

Maria Pham
Managing Director, Nanco Travel Ltd

Maria Nguyen is founder, Managing Director of Nanco Travel in Phnompenh, Cambodia - strategic partner providing services in Siem Reap and around Cambodia. Having Bacherlor of Economic in Adminstration and Managerment of Hotels & Hospitality, Maria left Hanoi for Phnompenh to begin her professional career as Director of Business Development at AGT Cambodia and subsequently brought Nanco to tourism world in 2007. Maria speaks Khmer, English and French.

David Tran (top right)
Managing Director, Mekongstay Ltd

David Tran is CEO founder Managing Director of Sunrise Travel based in Saigon, Vietnam. He was once beloved and experienced guide with Ocean Tours in Hanoi and later took care of operations of Aurora Saigon for many years. David takes care daily operation on the south part of Vietnam. Dave speaks fluently French and English. BA in French at University of Foreign Studies in 2003, David has taken an active part in promoting in tourism in Vietnam.

Nguyen Dac Tuyen
Managing Director, Huetours Ltd

Nguyen Dac Tuyen is Managing Director of Hue Tours where he takes care all the operations in the center part of Vietnam from Hue to Nha Trang. Before establishing Hue Tours, he was at Vietnam Tourism, a former giant in Vietnam. He traveled alot and worked as French speaking guide which gained reputation and fame from customers. Beside managing the company, he is now still acting partly in guided tours himself to make sure the superior quality service. Tuyen had BA degree at Hanoi University of Foreign Studies.

Peace Zhang
Manager of the Multi language Department Xi'an CTS (China Representative)

Jioned Xi'an CTS in 2005 initially working as a sales manager and coordinator for tours from Europe, North America and Oceania in a reputable tourism company in Xi'an. From 1993 to 1998 she worked in the army as an English teacher to soldiers who face the annual "military entrance exam". From 1999 she began to marry with the tourism business and in 2001 she began to handle tours independently and acted as Vietnam Impressive Travel & Events representative for China since 2007. The perseverance and effort are two key points on the way to success, Peace concluded. Peace has an B.A in foreign language at University of Xi'an.

Truong Thuy Lan
Sales Manager, Vietnam Impressive Travel Ltd

Truong Lan leads online sales, sales executives trainning and supervising. She is nice and hardworking kind with personal touch. You will be pleased in any way communicating with her. Lan joined Vietnam Impressive after graduating and career trainning in France and Luxembourg for years under sponsorship program of AUF (Agence Universitaire de la Francophonie). Excellent in French communication, good in written and spoken English, Lan is an ideal choice for her vital role in the company. Truong Thuy Lan earns BA at Hanoi University of Foreign Studies in French language.

Pham Hong Vy
Chief Account, Vietnam Impressive Travel Ltd

Hong Vy is responsible for managing all of Vietnam Impressive's sales - related finance operations, including revenue forecasting, expense budgeting, partner deal modeling, sales team quota-setting, as well as sales operational analysis and reporting for senior management. Prior to joining Vietnam Impressive in 2007, Vy was chief financial controller for many companies and organizations. Vy earned a Bachelor of Arts degree at Hanoi Finances and Accoutings.

Narol Pham
Sales Executive, Vietnam Impressive Travel Ltd

Narol Pham joined Vietnam Impressive in 2008, innitially as sales excecutive oversees daily sales and operations at Hanoi office. From 2004 to 2008, Narol was teacher at Hoa Sua Shool responsible for giving advice to students in hospitality career. Perfect in computer skills and very industrious kind of person, active learning of the kind, Narol plays an important part in the way the company grows. Narol holds BA in French at Hanoi National University.

Victoria Bui Sales Executive, Vietnam Impressive Travel Ltd

Joined our team in August 2008, Victoria is responsible for online and direct sales for Vietnam, Indochina, Myanmar, Thailand and China. Young, dynamic, innovative and hard working person, Victoria is a right choice for the implementation of project of expanding our business larger into Asia although she is fairy new to this industry. Earlier, Victoria was at Aon where she served as key financial executive for the leading provider of risk management services. Victoria received B.A at University of Foreign Trade in 2006 and later another B.A at Open University of Hanoi in 2008.

Maria (another Maria in our team) is the newest to join Vietnam Impressive Travel Ltd - young and dynamic is the best word to describe about her. While at university, Maria took part actively in many trainning and familialization trips with Hanoi Tourism and Indochina Travel and later, she was working too in the hospitality industry at Le Club de D'Oriental and Ciputra Hanoi International city. Maria holds B.A in tourism at University of Social Science and Humanity in 2009.
