The hotel has 100 guest rooms of 78 Superior rooms, 20 Deluxe rooms and 2 Suites of various decor. Each room is fully air-conditioned, equipped with private bathroom, some with bathtub and standing shower.
All rooms face the bay. Families of four are recommended two connecting rooms Halong Heritage offers 101 rooms.
