Day 1: Hanoi – Ba Be National Park – homestay in Ba Be (D)

07:00: After breakfast at your hotel, transfer to Ba Be National Park, abt 240km from Hanoi. Make some stops along the way pamper in superb landscapes with the rice fields in terrace, the paddle wheels in bamboo on the two sides of the river.
14:30: Arrive Ba Be Lake. Check in home-stay and take a rest. After that, your group will trek with tour guide to Pac Ngoi – a small village located in Ba Be National Park, a home to the Tay minority ethnic community and a popular venue for foreign and local tourists to experience homestay
18:00: Have dinner and stay overnight in Tay’s traditional wooden stilt house.

Day 2: Ba Be Lake – Boat trip – homestay in Ba Be, Pac Ngoi village (B, L, D)

07:00: Breakfast in homestay
08.00: Start the boat-trip in Ba Be Lake – Vietnam’s the largest natural lake “Ho Ba Be” forms the core of the delightful Ba Be National Park, a feast of limestone and tropical forest, enclosed by steep, densely wooded slopes breaking out here and there into white limestone cliffs, the lake is 7km long, up to 30m deep and a kilometre wide in parts. A few islands decorate the surface.
09:00: Visit Puong Cave which is famous with hundreds of bats.
11:00: Stop at Dau Dang Waterfall – an attraction located near Ba Be Lake which fall into the heart of a rocky gorge between two lakes. It consist of a series of rapid spread over 1 km. Two hundred meters below the rapids is small hamlet of 5 houses of Tay minority, Hua Tang.
12:00: Have lunch on the bank of the Nang River closed to the waterfall. During the afternoon walk, observing the daily life of the locals through their activities such as fishing on the lake, going to work on farm. Back to Pac Ngoi village for staying another night. Overnight at homestay in Ba Be

Day 3: Ba Be – An Ma temple – Hanoi (B)

08:00: We continue from centre of Ba Be, following Luong Chu path way, walk through rain forests and climb a tower to get the best photos of the Ba Be area to reach An Ma temple where Mac command in chief is commemorated. About 10.30 am: transfer back to Hanoi after visiting. Drop off at your hotel in Hanoi.
