Day 1 (Sunday): Hanoi – Overnight train to Sapa (no meals)

Tonight you will take an overnight train for Hanoi to Lao Cai, A/C soft sleeper 4-berth sharing cabin on a tourist train.
*Note: please get a reliable taxi from your hotel to Hanoi train station (we recommend to use Mai Linh or Group taxi, ask the driver to turn on the meter, costs abt 3-5$/transfer), about 3km from Hanoi old quarter areas to train station “Tran Quy Cap Station B” for train to Laocai

Day 2 (Monday): Lao Cai –  Sapa –  Love Waterfall – Tram Ton Pass – Sin Chai Village – Sapa (B)

Arrive at Lao Cai Train station early morning. Take a transfer to Sapa.
Having breakfast and relax before explore Sapa town. At an elevation of 1600 meters, Sapa is a delightful old French hill station situated in the mountainous region of Vietnam’s Northwest, close to the Chinese border. The region is home to many ethnic minorities groups all wearing their traditional and colourful attire.
9.00 am: The car takes you to Tram Ton Pass at 1.940m. From here trek into Hoang Lien Nature Park and visit Love Waterfall. Stop for lunch at a nice spot with great view of the west side area.
After lunch, we continue down hill to Sin Chai Village. The trail is less tough and go through a well protected area of Hoang Lien Son nature reservation, one of the wildest part, rich in plantation and wildlife. When we arrive Sin Chai village , we spend an hour visiting this pretty Black H’mong village before transferring by car to Sa pa .

Day 3 (Tuesday): Sapa – Coc Ly Market – Ban Pho – Hoang A Tuong Royal Palace – Lao Cai station – night train back to Hanoi (B)

Leave Sapa for Lao Cai then for Coc Ly tribal market, which offer the chances to see H’mong and Dzao minority people in their most colorful costumes. Continue the trip to Bac Ha where you will visit Royal Palace Hoang A Tuong and trek to Ban Pho village of the Flower H’Mong people, to see their house, the daily life, understand little more about their lifestyle and traditional customs. Especially, we can try homemade wine from corn. En-route back to Lao Cai, stop to see Trung Do village of the Tay people (if time permits). Return back to Lao Cai for night train to Hanoi by 4 berth compartment train.

Day 4: Hanoi Arrival, take taxi to your hotel.

You will arrive early in the morning then take meter taxi to your hotel in Hanoi or transfer to airport. Kindly tell driver to turn the meter on and we suggest you to use Mai Linh taxi to avoid scam!
Early check in, breakfast not included. Trip ends here.
